The Humpty Dumpty Institute Welcomes New Director

New YorkMay 14, 2012--The Humpty Dumpty Institute is pleased to announce that Mr. Cosmo DeNicola of Philadelphia has joined its Board of Directors.  Mr. DeNicola ’s business interests include a diverse portfolio of national technology, publishing and sports and entertainment companies which he operates and manages in New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. 

 

Starting in 1981, Mr. DeNicola and his wife, Janet, co-founded a series of software and technology companies around the country. In 2001, Cosmo co-founded InfoLogix Inc., a leading Enterprise Mobility Solutions provider of Wireless and RFID technology solutions in the healthcare and commercial markets. 

 

In 2006, Mr. DeNicola entered the sports and entertainment industry by acquiring an interest in the Wilkes-Bare/Scranton Pioneers Arena Football team.  He also has an interest in the Arena Football team in Philadelphia.  And in 2008, he invested with a group of well-known media executives to acquire the brand and related assets of “Chicken Soup for the Soul”.  Chicken Soup is a worldwide integrated media and merchandising company providing consumers with inspiring life improvement content, programming, and products. 

 

In 2011, Mr. DeNicola further acquired a long-standing talent management firm, J. Mitchell Management, and formed a new partnership called Mitchell, Koseff, Schuster & DeNicola with offices in New York and Los Angeles.  Mr. DeNicola has held many civic and trade Association board positions.  He currently resides in Montgomery County, PA with his wife and two adult children.
